  The Warwick Ri. Home Depot has it's issues. It is one of RI first Home Depots. it is showing it's age. The layout of the store is very different them most of the Home Depots in New England, very difficult to navigate. Most of the staff are rude and work hard at hiding from customers. The management is hopeless. They could care less. My job takes me into many other Home Depots locations through out RI. There is a big difference in how the Warwick Ri. location runs compared to the other RI. Locations. My advice is to replace all management and clean house. Extensive retraining of staff. Then Johnston RI. Location is close by and is worth the trip to get excellent customer service. Friendly and happy staff. Also great managers.
